System integration is a means of centralizing task control which creates many benefits:

ease of operation and maintenance for both technical and non-technical persons, energy cost savings, quick response time to system malfunctions, system protection, and confidence in system performance.  Delicate Sales offers expert programming services for architectural and theatrical control applications.  Architectural control encompasses operation of audio/visual equipment; presentation systems; drapes, shades and screens; architectural lighting and climate control.  Our technical personnel are certified and have extensive experience in the major architectural control platforms: Crestron and

AMX. Whether the application is in the “vision” stage, more functionality is required in an existing control system or there are bugs in an existing system our technical team are masters at design, system flow and programming for flawless control operation in any setting: boardrooms, classrooms, museum exhibitions, training centers, conference rooms, digital signage, retail centers and lobbies, just to name a few.

Our focus on control in theatrical applications is digital technology in live event production.  In the digital domain, we are referring to audio mixing consoles, equalization, loudspeaker system processors, amplification, lighting/video control consoles, automated luminaries, video switchers/scalers, etc.  Our technical personnel are certified and have extensive hands-on experience in programmable products from manufactures such as: BSS Audio, BI-AMP, ETC, High End Systems, Symetrix, Midas, QSC Audio, Lab Gruppen, Sierra Video, Martin Professional and MA Lighting. We offer programming for these products on a component or system basis including new systems or upgrades to existing systems in nightclubs, theaters, auditoriums, churches, performing art centers, multi-purpose rooms, etc.  In many cases, architectural control applications cross over to live event/theatrical control applications, and vice versa.  With our extensive expertise in both areas, we can assure seamless continuity when working with these parameters.

There are a multitude of control solutions ranging from an outside salesperson using the projector remote with mouse function to run PowerPoint presentation, a club owner not worrying about DJs blowing up his state of the art P.A. system, a rotating engineer/operator volunteer initializing their Sunday 10 a.m. service program on a digital audio or lighting control console, meeting host adjusting the window shades by a tap on the conference room touch panel as increasing sunlight starts blinding her guests to a museum docent switching on a multiple function interactive exhibit via a wall-mount touch panel.
